Anlässlich der Operation "Market Garden" im 2. Weltkrieg absolvierte die 11. Luchtmobile Brigade der Koninklijken Landmacht ( Niederlande) an historischen Orten Militärübung . Schauplatz dieser Übung im Rahmen der Exercises " Falcon Prepare 2012) war die Brücke über die Maas bei Grave. Luftbewegliche Infanterie wurde per Chinook Hubschrauber angelandet und nahmen die Brücke und bildeten einen Brückenkopf .

@ Dave76:
Meine Frage zielte auf den Begriff des "close-quarter drill". Habs mit Leo versucht und auch mit googeln. Komme aber immer nur auf Akkuschrauber o.ä. Bin von Haus aus auch trotz Karrierestart in der Gebirgsdivision kein Infanterist. War auch keine offensive Kritik, sondern mehr eine (leider nicht ausformulierte) Frage. |
