Mitglieder der Anti-Terroreinheit GSG 9 schützen mit schussbereiter Maschinenpistole den Bundespräsidenten Walter Scheel (hinten Mitte) während seines Aufenthaltes in Hamburg am 19. Mitglieder der GSG 9 üben die schnelle Festnahme eines mutmaßlichen Terroristen, aufgenommen 1979.

Einsatzübung: Mitglieder der Anti-Terroreinheit GSG-9, einer Spezialeinheit des Bundesgrenzschutzes, bei einer Vorführung in Hangelar am 27.03.1979. - Verfolgung und Stellen motorisierter Störer durch die Spezialeinsatztruppe (SET). Ein Zipfel des Schleiers um die ansonsten so geheime Truppe, die nach dem Terroranschlag im Jahre 1972 auf die israelische Olympia-Mannschaft in München gegründet worden ist, wurde am 27.03.1979 von Journalisten gelüftet. Die Truppe der legendären "Helden von Mogadischu" ist heute rund 170 Mann stark. In achtmonatiger härtester Ausbildung werden die Einzelkämpfer gedrillt, die mit modernsten Waffen schießen und z.B. selbst ein Fünfmarkstück in der Luft treffen. Mitglieder der GSG 9 bei einem Hubschraubereinsatz. (Undatierte Aufnahme). Als Reaktion auf ein Massaker eines palästinensischen Terrorkommandos auf dem Flughafen München-Fürstenfeldbruck am 05.09.1972 ordnete der damalige Innenminister Genscher am 26.09.1972 die Gründung einer Grenzschutztruppe 9 zur Bekämpfung militanter Tätergruppen an. Die GSG 9 soll vor allem dann zum Einsatz kommen, wenn es um Mord und Totschlag, Menschenraub, Geiselnahme und räuberische Erpressung geht. Im Oktober 1977 stürmte die Eliteeinheit in einer spektakulären Aktion die entführte Lufthansa-Maschine "Landshut" im ostafrikanischen Mogadischu und befreite die an Bord befindlichen Geiseln. Rückkehr aus Mogadischu: Noch in Zivil bilden die Männer des Einsatzkommandos der GSG 9 nach ihrer Rückkehr auf dem Flughafen Köln-Wahn am 18. Oktober 1977 zusammen mit ihren uniformierten Kameraden eine Ehrenformation. Die Spezialeinheit hatte kurz zuvor die Geiseln der entführten Lufthansa-Maschine "Landshut" in Mogadischu (Somalia) befreit.

Bei den ganzen unterschiedlichen Waffen ist das bestimmt kompliziert die Punktevergabe zu berechnen :-)

Ich dachte dass dort vielleicht der Schuss anders bewertet wird ob der Schütze ein halbautomatisches Gewehr oder einen Zylinderverschluss-Repetierer verwendet da beim halbautomatischem Gewehr die Präzision ja etwas leidet.

Fregatten IVER HUITFELDT har i den seneste uge støttet øvelse NIGHT HAWK 2016. Øvelsen, der er en øvelse skræddersyet til specialoperationsstyrker, har anvendt fregatten som en forlænget arm under diverse indspil i øvelsen, samt som mål for træning af fx boarding. Billedet viser specialstyrker der boarder fregatten fra luftsiden med anvendelse af amerikansk helikopter.
