StVO kennst du? Auch sonst kann es ja mal sinnvoll sein, sich im Einsatzland normal im Straßenverkehr zu bewegen. Alles, was an dem Motorrad jetzt noch blinkt und reflektiert ist in 5 Minuten abgetarnt. Nummernschild ist auch fix dran. Lichter an- und abschrauben ist da doch erheblich aufwendiger.

Die Ausrüstung ist trotz Mix mit ziviler Bekleidung in großen Teilen sehr einheitlich (Battle Belts, Westen). Ich würde mutmaßen das man neben den in Bereitschaft stehenden Einheiten, auch Personal aus anderen Einsätzen bzw. aus der Freizeit zugezogen hat. Also sollte sich das auf SEK/MEK, BFE/Bereitshaftspolizei, Kräften aus den Polizeidirektionen beschränken (Funkwageneinsatz, Streifendienst VB, FAO).

Die Hoplit-Jungs wirken mir zu improvisiert: SK1 bzw. 1+ als reguläre Arbeitsweste und für besondere Lagen einen SK4-Plattenträger drüber. Dezidierte Einheiten (eben BFE+, SEK, ...) ziehen heutzutage eher gleich mit dem Gesamtpaket SK4 in einer Weste los. Das sieht man bei den Bilder der anderen Maskenmännern ganz gut, die eher einem SEK (Hessen) zuzuordnen sind.

Bei denen mit den Gefechtshelmen (die bei Dave im Beitrag vom 23. Juni 19:43 gezeigt sind) tippe ich eher auf BFE.
Ich kann mir vorstellen, daß auch die Länder im Zusammenhang mit IGL-Einsätzen Konzepte entwickelt haben, schnell robustere Kräfte vor Ort zu haben.
